Our White Belt training program is intended for anyone interested in learning more about Lean Six Sigma. The program provides a thorough understanding of the origin, history and fundamental concepts of Lean Enterprise & Six Sigma thinking. It explains the 5-phase Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control approach to problem solving and provides an brief overview of the tools that are utilized in each phase. Successful completion of the White Belt Training and Certification is based on a passing score through an online test provided by Seminars International. This certification demonstrates a foundational familiarity and understanding of core Lean Six Sigma principles sufficient to work within an organization where Lean Six Sigma is actively applied and will better prepare you for career growth within your company and your industry.
Yellow Belt Training
The Yellow Belt program is intended for personnel that will be participating as active team members on a Lean Six Sigma project. This program provides the same foundational overview of Lean Six Sigma as the White Belt program, but adds a more in-depth review of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control improvement process. It also provides a functional level of knowledge of the tools applied during the Define, Measure and Control phases so that the participant can actively participate in team problem solving activities and/or practically apply those tools within their job function. Yellow Belt certification is based on a passing score of an online test that is available upon a comprehensive review of the training modules. Successful completion demonstrates an understanding of core Lean Six Sigma principles and sufficient knowledge and skill to practically apply the tools of the Define, Measure and Control phases.
The Green Belt program is intended for personnel that will be leading Lean Six Sigma improvement projects. It provides an in-depth overview the origin, history and fundamental concepts of Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma. Participants will learn to facilitate project teams through the 5-phase Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control improvement process and will be equipped with sufficient knowledge for practical application of concepts, theories, and tools of Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma in both manufacturing and transactional environments. Green Belt certification requires demonstration of comprehension through a passing score of an online test as well as the completion of at least one qualifying Lean Six Sigma project. Successful completion demonstrates an understanding of core Lean Six Sigma principles and proficiency in apply this learning in real-life projects to achieve significant improvements.
Executive Champion Training
The Executive Champion program is intended for executives and managers responsible for leading and directing improvement initiatives within their organization. This program describes the Lean Six Sigma methodology, how it is used, the types of issues it addresses and the requirements for initiating and managing a Lean Six Sigma project. It outlines the criteria for successful deployment and clearly outlines the executive involvement necessary to ensure alignment of Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives with the company’s strategic focus. Executive Champion certification requires demonstration of comprehension through a passing score of an online test. Successful completion demonstrates an understanding of core Lean Six Sigma principles and knowledge of the core components of a successful Lean Six Sigma initiative.
