This two (2) day course has been designed by the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in collaboration with the FDA. A Lead Instructor for the FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Food Course is teaching this course. By successfully completing this course, you will meet the requirements as a FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual who can manage a food safety preventive controls program in accordance with the Hazard-Analysis and Preventive Controls Rule of the US Food and Drug Administration.

The agenda includes frequent opportunities for review and classroom exercises designed to provide learning opportunities for understanding Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation requirements. The time allotted to each section will vary based on audience, level of familiarity and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices and risk-based food safety principles, as well as food product and processing under consideration.
